Public auction rules
Financial instruments are sold at a public auction, subject to the following rules:
Persons who wish and are entitled to participate in the public auction, until December 14, 2022 at 15:00 sends the Company an offer to buy the relevant financial instruments to the Company's e-mail address: trading@renesource.lv , simultaneously indicating the ISIN code of the financial instrument, the quantity and the offered price, as well as the buyer's identification data.
The company concludes a financial instrument purchase agreement with the person who has offered the highest price for the financial instrument to be sold.
Persons who wish to participate in the public auction can familiarize themselves with the terms of the purchase agreement (including regarding payment procedures) by contacting the Company by December 14, 2022 (inclusive), by writing to the e-mail address trading@renesource.lv
Before concluding the purchase contract, the person who has offered the highest price for the financial instrument to be sold must fill out and submit to the Company the Client's questionnaire (Client's questionnaire for a natural person or Client's questionnaire for a legal entity, respectively).
The company reserves the right to refuse the conclusion of the purchase agreement, incl. evaluating the buyer's risks in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation in the field of money laundering and prevention of terrorism and proliferation financing, without explaining the reasons for such a refusal.
The Company shall notify the offerer of the refusal to conclude a purchase agreement or the Company's decision to conclude a purchase agreement with another buyer (without disclosing the buyer) by December 15, 2022 , by sending a relevant notification to the offerer's e-mail address from which the offer was received.
