What are PAMM Forex accounts?
PAMM account (Percent Allocation Management Module, PAMM) is an investment service offered by some Forex brokers. It allows you to invest in Forex PAMM accounts of more experienced traders. Thus you trust your capital to the Forex expert (the PAMM account manager), who in his turn will perform the trading operations.
Trading on the PAMM accounts is done the following way: a few traders (investors) choose an authorized manager (an experienced trader who publishes the statistical information of his transactions). Traders invest their capital on a special account, offered by the PAMM broker, which then is used by the manager. The profit from the manager’s transactions is automatically distributed among the traders, depending on the size of their investment.
