  Technical requirements to advertising materials.

  1. Banners are accepted in the GIF, JPG, PNG, HTML formats. The banner’s weight shouldn't exceed 70 KB.
  2. Advertising banner must have visible borders (outlined with a frame, color of which should differ from a background color), the banner’s background shouldn't be transparent. 
  3. Banners with large blinking graphic or text elements and/or a background, with sharp offsetting of the elements which significantly distracts user from interaction with the site’s page (studying of the page’s content or inquiry input) aren't accepted.
